Since 1999. Irritating air is placed where I am, or where I'm going to be.
This has often occurred at supermarkets, a health club, and once at the Fairfax County Goverment Center (Fairfax, Virginia, USA). A policeman or guard and/or employees are summoned to my vicinity. Often a police patrol car will be nearby. So that if I act up, I can be taken to a police station or mental facility.
